• Our Soya flour is made from 100% non-GMO soybean seeds, sourced from the best farmers/ suppliers across India by the process of cleaning, cracking, soy cotyledon, full fat flakes, solvent extraction, solvent removal, defatted flakes and finally grinding takes place which forms Soy flour to requisite particle size to get a fine powder with Dark creamy color.
• Our defatted soya flour contains 52% protein, 1.5% fat, 15% fiber. It contains all essential Amino Acids in right quantities to trigger muscle protein synthesis and is absolutely 100% vegan and vegetarian friendly.
• In Other Words Defatted Soy Flour is a flour prepared from fat-free soya beans that have undergone a treatment to remove oils from them. It is light cream in color, highly dispersible in water. It provides a slightly higher percentage of protein and calcium than regular soy flour. It can be combined with semolina, white flour to wheat flour to make protein enriched chapati, poori and dosas.
• All our products are ensured to meet all standards as per certificate of Analysis at the place of sourcing which ensures no variation, no adulteration and maintains the nutrient profile.
• Storage & Expiry Store in a cool dry place. Consume the flour within 1 month after opening the pouch or transfer the contents to an air tight jar immediately for a longer shelf life.
