Ambazhanga Achar / Hog Plum Pickle are one of the most popular pickles used in Kerala. Pickles are made and kept at every house hold for future use. Famously known as Wild Mango, Hog Plum is called Ambade in Konkani and Amtekayi in Kannada. This sour summer fruit tastes and works just like tamarind.
