Matar Dal Bori is sundried lentil drops made out of Matar Dal paste through handmade skilled operation and sun-dried thereafter. SonaMoong Dal Bori is a beautiful golden coloured sundried lentil drops made out of Moong dal paste through handmade skilled operation and sun-dried thereafter. All the Bori can be had simply by frying the Bori and having it as a crunchy side dish or by putting it into any dish like Shukto, Shak Ghonto, Vegetable curry , Fish curry or just Bori potato curry. Posto Bori with Ghee bhat is a delicious combo.
