Take instaGOURMET Ragi Idli Mix in a pot. Add 225g soured curd to it .Add Salt as per the taste . Whisk it well to avoid lumps. Let is rest (Soak) for 1 hour. Add a pinch of baking soda if you want. Steam it in a idle cooker for 15 to 20 min. Serve hot with coconut/mint chutney or Sambar
