Ingredients: Cooked and cooled rice Diced vegetables (Carrot, Cabbage, French beans) Oil (2 tsp) Premium Aromatic Mix Light soya sauce (1/2 tsp Spring onions Ground pepper (1/4 tsp) Garlic chopped Ginger chopped
Instructions: Pre heat Chinese wok and season with oil. Add ginger, garlic, stir fry till aroma comes out, mix the cut vegetables, saute further. Add cooked rice. Season with Premium Aromatic Mix and ground pepper. Add soya sauce and mix well until colour is even. Garnish with spring onion and serve hot.
